Personal data shared by you

1. Personal details (name, address, email, telephone)
2. Photographs you provide me to work from
3. Information gathered by the website when you view it via your browsers cookies (see below)

 

HOW I USE THIS INFORMATION

I will not contact you in the future to offer any further services or marketing

I will not retain your information if you contact me but do not end up commissioning a portrait

Quotations will be retained for a period of 6 months on a secure database for which only I will have access

I will retain your information for the length of my waiting list and until such time as your portrait is commissioned and completed

Once your portrait is completed I will store a high resolution image of the completed portrait securely in a file with your name, in case you contact me at any point in the future to request a printed copy. If you do not wish for me to retain this information please let me know and I will delete it

I will retain a copy of all signed agreements and invoices for a period of 5 years to comply with legal requirements

Photographs are stored securely in a file with your name on until the portrait is completed, at which time they are deleted

I will never share any customer information in any form to anyone

 

HOW I PROTECT YOUR DATA

Any personal information, such as photographs, is stored securely on my personal computer. Access is limited to only myself
